All Fionfashion products are delivered in a Fionfashion branded box and dustbag.

Please note that FIONFASHION are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are dispatched from HONGKONG and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Delivery times for pre-order items are shown on the product page, and at check-out. This is the current expected delivery time for the pre-order item. Please note - if you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, your order will ship when the pre-order item is available. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are approximate and Fionfashion cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Sale: Please note that during busy sales periods delivery may be delayed.

AMENDMENTS

Fionfashion are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.
