Do you offer discounts for new customers?

We do! You can sign up with your email address, and a welcome email with your discount code from FIONFASHION will be sent to you. Use the code to get 10% off your first purchase. Note that this code does not apply to the Minions series.

Is there any notification about the order processing?

After you have paid for your order, we will send you an email to confirm your order.

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number.

We will also send you an order completion confirmation email when your order is finalized.

It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

You may experience a delay of several minutes between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam inbox.

If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You're unable to modify your orders once they are placed. However, you can cancel your orders prior to shipment. Once the order has been placed, FIONFASHION are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, therefore please take care when entering your details. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact us.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email. If further more questions please email us via service@fionfashion.com



Payment method?


Pay With Credit/Debit Card

We support general credit card and debit card payment. Please note that FIONFASHION does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.




Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Pay With Shop Pay

4 interest-free installments.

Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No interest or added fees when you pay on time!

Can I use more than one payment method?

Currently, we only accept one payment method per order.

Customs duties?

For international orders, shipping does not include import duties, taxes and fees. Therefore, any and all duties or import duties will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. If any, these fees must be paid by the customer.

If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be solely responsible for all return shipping, customs and handling charges. Please note that due to customs regulations, FIONFASHION cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Shipping time?

Delivery times are approximate and Fionfashion cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Sale: Please note that during busy sales periods delivery may be delayed.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

Delivery Notes

Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping begins when you receive shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order ID.

Most orders are shipped within 2 days after payment confirmed.

Please note that there may exist some delay on the delivery due to the influence of Covid-19.



General Returns Disclaimer:

  1. Please note that the items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hang tags provided when sending your order.
  2. Please provide us with the name of the Express and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to service@fionfashion.com.
  3. If the goods are returned by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. The specific charges should be based on the carrier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not required to pay shipping charges for this. For the return of products, no return fee will be charged to the consumer.

What if my item is damaged?

Does FIONFASHION support exchange?

We offer item exchange service if it is eligible for an exchange. We are always trying to work out proper solutions for the after-sales issue, only to protect the right of our customers maximally.

How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?

Once our warehouse received the returned parcel, it will take 10-15 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
